Pink House
A downloadable game
A short hangout experience I created during the pandemic with an old friend from high school. This game was made the summer after we graduated, before I drove upstate for college.
Unfortunately, we never ended up finishing it together, so in the winter, four years later, I saw the game on our page and cleaned it up and published it. I thought it would be a nice memento of our friendship. Even though we barely get to see each other now because of work or school, this game allows us to revisit good times and have ourselves a few moments of respite.
The initial drafts of our game had curtains, cribs, rugs, chairs, and tables inside the greenhouse. I still have the original place files, but unless we start redecorating I'll leave the greenhouse as is.
The forest is infinite. Instead of creating an invisible wall I decided to make the game boundless. This way, you're in a forest that quite literally stretches out beyond where the eye can see.
